Recruiters and admins complete a phone-based OTP after password login — SMS verification, not an authenticator app.
Phone verified at onboarding
Staff verify their phone number during account setup, before they ever log in for the first time.
Email verification for self-registered workers
Jobseekers who sign up themselves verify their email before accessing anything.
Standard password reset flow
Forgot password sends a reset link to the user's email — simple, no admin intervention needed.
Session managed securely
Sessions are managed via Supabase Auth with JWT tokens — no passwords stored in the application.
